The Utopian World Championship Gala & Conference 2005
The Utopian World Championship, which is a triannual competition in visionary thinking, is each time finished with a prize ceremony, or a prize gala, where the winner is announced and receives the first prize. In 2005 the gala was held at the art venue Färgfabriken in Stockholm.
The National Anthem Orchestra is a collaboration between Jon Brunberg and Annika Drougge. The orchestra's first performace took place at the art event Skåne Social Art Forum - Utopi Station, at Stora Torget in Lund, May 7 - 9, 2004.
Delivery of the UWC DOC 01 to Iceland's President
One cornerstone of the Utopian World Championship is that the final document, which includes the winning essay, should be delivered to Heads of State all over the world. The document have been sent to numerous prominent persons by mail but on one occassion I had the honour of delivering it in person to its recipient, the President of Iceland: Mr Olafur Ragnar Grimsson. The delivery took place on October 7, 2003, on the last day of my visit to Reykjavik for my solo show at the Hlemmur Gallery, only a few hours before my flight back to Dublin where I was living at the time, and it was an event to remember.

Simulation of External Circumstance
Simulation of External Circumstance took place at art related events at two times during the year 2000. I simulated an electricity breakdown during two minutes by completely shutting down the main power supply to the venues.
